I have been interested in fitness for as long as I can remember and enjoyed working out, being fit, and being healthy throughout my life. It has been a passion of mine to help others achieve a life they have always dreamed of.

I have a strong desire to help people. Back in 1988, I graduated from college with a degree in biology went on to get my certification in prosthetics, and enjoyed a 24-year career providing people a second chance by getting them back to their everyday life by helping them walk again. It was a very fulfilling career and I have made some long-lasting friends with the patients I helped.
After leaving my career in prosthetics I decided I wanted to follow my passion for fitness, health, and wellness by helping others achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My program has evolved several times since its inception starting out primarily as a fitness and nutrition program. As I helped my clients achieve better health through weight loss I discovered there was more to why they were stuck and struggling to lose weight.
I realized they were struggling with people-pleasing, negative self-worth, shame, guilt, negative self-talk, and the feeling of not being good enough.
I have struggled with the same issues throughout my life and developed the skills to love myself, grow and learn from my past so I added Mindset training to my program to help my clients to develop the mental and emotional strength to live the life they always dreamed of.
Commitment is necessary to become the person you truly want to be and live the life you dream of.
What if I told you that committing yourself to adventure in nature as a means of bringing your physical, mental, and emotional health into focus, will free you from the pain of unhealed emotional baggage and put you on the path of a healthy lifestyle not because you have to but because you want to.
We all know how hard it is to stick to the new year's resolutions we set every year of eating nothing but chicken and broccoli and spending every day in the gym for hours. The reality is, a structure like that is totally unrealistic unless you are training for something specific and only for a short time. There is no magic pill.
